7/10 Jack Customer review, 31st January 2016
This is a lot more polished and well rehearsed than I was expecting (with Doherty notorious reputation), I thought it would be much more ramshackle and disorganised (which I kinda wouldn’t have minded). To be honest I think two studio albums and an EP isn’t quite enough material to warrant a live album, the golden rule should be four studio albums first. Highlight for me is “Lost art of murder/The good old day”, in which Doherty performs unaccompanied with just a semi-acoustic guitar, keeping the whole of the audience in the palm of his hand.
