Now 7VWWVW: 'S/T' on Crystal Wish Records. We discovered that when you turn their name upside down it spells Mammal like in a BOOBLESS kind of way. It is another synth retro electronic journey with electronic waves and pulses combing in computer space to describe a day if you were a Mr Man. Phil says it sounds like Plone.. Ant says it sounds like Plone.... Mingus says it sounds like Plone. The odd bit of singing drift in and out in a Hood style way to add to the quite original vibe it's pushing out. Recently supported the Aliens it says on the press release

“Like the music you hear in your head”

“In support we have an incredible act, 7VWWVW are a little bit different in all accounts of song structure and production. With an exciting live show and a stimulating sound, they cross borders of organic electronica like no other, fuelling the listener with ghostly sonic waves and panoramic production.”

“Mammal are a 21st century band, and the sum of their record collection…”

“Refreshingly free of guitar posturing… Wobbly analogue hip-hop crew mammal makes music that sounds like computer games, only they won’t want you to make you throw your television out the window.”

The List

“The use of the experimental electronica group 7VWWVW works better than the chorus, though the band do well not to look self-conconscious dressed as they are in pink tops and bottoms.”

“…One good track is more than 95% of all recorded artists achieve! So here's a list – track 'em down on MySpace: …Old man Of the Woods- 7VWWVW…”

“It’s a quietly deranged form of genius. Oh, and it’s single of the fortnight.”
