Sheffield's HARRISONS are back after somewhat of a hiatus. Comeback single 'Monday's Arms' has real sing-along / anthem appeal if you're that way inclined. It reminds me of The Clash in places with a slight reggae vibe in the rhythm section but it also has a disco groove. Phil and Maggie reckon this sounds a lot like Milburn. Apparently 'Loxley Bottoms' is about the murder of a little girl in sheffield. The CD has a remix by American Pop Band who reduce the track to it's disco elements and unashamedly rip off the bassline from New Order classic 'Blue Monday'.
