Seeing Spots by Paradise Island (Jenny Hoyston)

The latest in the Latitudes series is by Paradise Island. Jenny Hoyston (Erase Errata, California Lightning and Subtonix) sounds a little like if Peaches were playing 'Rid Of Me' era PJ Harvey. The repetitive riffs are intense and the delivery is passionate. Sounding not unlike Le Tigre in places, the songs aren't outstanding but if you're a fan you'll be into it as its decent little live recording with an acoustic track abot terrapins or something. Terrapins rule. Do remember when terrapins where big during the whole Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fad. The Turtles are back apparently, I'm gonna get the nipper into them so we can blag the Mrs to get us a terrapin.
