The sweet man @ Static Caravan reckons that his latest release is "the death of Static Caravan". It's certainly a departure from the usual sound. Would be more fitting released on Unlabel, the Kentish math rock label. It's a 7" by [CULTUREINDUSTRY] & those screeing guitars last heard utilised by the likes of Nub & 'Tweez' era Slint are at the fore on a slow burning intense post hardcore racket that does the job for the catharsis-guitar loving me but to the more sensitive folk-tronica (gaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!) lover, this may be a little startling. Good on ya Geoff for believing in this band enough to alienate all yer fans!!! (No this is great you lot. Stop being a bunch of poofs!)
