New vinyl reissue of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' classic all-covers album from 1986. It includes classic covers such as 'By The Time I Get To Phoenix', 'All Tomorrows Parties', 'The Singer' and 'Black Betty'. Over the years, Cave has downplayed the importance of this album, but has since admitted to its influence on the diversity of the Bad Seeds' subsequent song writing.

From "Black Betty", to "Muddy Waters", and back around the beaten track to "Hey Joe"...Cave explores and reinterprets some of the greatest sounds of the 20th century. He does so with panache, humour, passion and a talent that is simply breathtaking. His interpretation will not be to everyone's taste - but there is no disputing that this is one of Nick's most intriguing and unique works. I'd say when you have a healthy collection of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds under your belt, get this little gem.
