Chips For The Poor like to provide the listener with monotonous barked lyrics over a lo-fi pulse of a nearly-beat with just a demented compressed sax squall continually interspersing like a neurotic caged bird to brilliant effect. From a Manchester icon to a bunch of Sheffield based nutjobs. Chips For The Poor like to provide the listener with monotonous barked lyrics over a lo-fi pulse of a nearly-beat with just a demented compressed sax squall continually interspersing like a neurotic caged bird to brilliant effect. The gaffer thinks It's shit (absolute total shit actually... FB x). I beg to differ. This 4 track E.P (LSD, who said that?) screams D.I.Y. passion, integrity & an adoration for The Fall (one of the worlds best ever bands) as well as a wholesome attitude to twisted humour in music. From Invisible Spies, home of the wonderful Toah Dynamic. The music is the work of experimentalist collective Supreme Vagabond Craftsmen & has much more northern spunk than the try-to-hard likes of Selfish C*$t et al. 7" only
