Belle & Sebastian. My friend Charlotte puts them on to infuriate her horrible creepy estranged boyfriend who keeps coming round hassling her. He loathes them so much he stays & grimaces for 5 minutes before storming out in a temper & slamming the door behind him. Success! I love them, always have & this Ltd Book-bound double CD & one-off-pressing TRIPLE vinyl comp of all the Jeepster singles is essential for anyone as yet inducted into their brand of classy, timeless Scottish indie pop genius. Not one for the gaffer tho......

8/10 Penrith Steve Customer review, 19th October 2014

It is great when a band like Belle and Sebastian who have countless one off singles and hard to find bits and bobs decide to put them all together in lovely package, especially as those singles are amongst some of their best work. So that is exactly what they’ve done here. The Phil Spector-esque “Lazy Line Painter Jane” is my favourite Belle and Sebastian song and features a superb vocal performance from Thrum’s Monica Queen. “Dog On Wheels” is more standard Belle and Sebastian fair but nevertheless, great. A pleasing collection, nicely presented and well worth buying.
