The aformentioned British Sea Power return with a rather damp sqib of a 2nd album, starting with the drab '.....oily stage...'  single & sort of continuing in this drippy David Bowie & the Psychedelic Bunnymen way that makes me want to put droplets of battery acid in my eyes to wake me up. Sorry, but the debut was a much friskier beast than this. I don't think the songs are actually that bad at all though. Just a bit erm....wet.. My mate Rick just pisses himself  whenever their name is mentioned cos one of them got really upset when he wanted to smoke a joint in their "mums conservatory". What drips. On Rough Trade.
