Aghast Agape by Prosaics

First up a hilarious record by Prosaics on Dim Mak via Matador called 'Aghast Agape' well I was 'Aghast and Agape' (ha ha ha) when I put the needle on this record to find that I was immediately thrust back once again into the dark days of  the early 80's when  bands all wanted to sound like Joy Division/ The Cure/Echo and the Bunnymen and to grow long black raincoats that traipsed against the ground. This record sounds like Robert Smith of The Cure singing with Joy Division or for younger listeners Robert Smith of The Cure singing with Interpol. A track on the B side rips off the Interpol song on "Turn on the Bright Lights' that rips off Joy Division the most.
