Montreal's premier nut-jobs Les Georges Leningrad are back with a brand new LP/CD on Alien 8. 'Sur Les Traces De Black Eskimo' starts with some screechy shouty gibbering nonsense before lurching into sinister slo-mo electro like Numbers being inducted into the Church Of Satan. Yeah, this is barmy stuff. Further investigation unveils a sound that only Fat Truckers collaborating with Add N (to x) could unleash, but they'd have to rope in a deranged girl singer who sounds like she eats crack addicts for tea first. Insanely brilliant, wonky & intoxicating stuff. Anyone who heard the wonderful 'Soopa Doopa' on For Us will know the score. Buy bye by!
