Fupper. You just know they're gonna be a little odd with a name like that. A CD on Tritone is clutched in my withered, scaly talons as we speak & from the offset it's a beguiling listen. Lo-fi & proud. Starts off sounding like 3 Mile Pilot stuck in a dustbin, a wonderful thing. All muffled with this great little tune seeping from under the rim. Goes all experimental instrumental for a lot of the CD throwing a lot of clanking & wondrous early Folk Implosion shapes into the mix. A truly enjoyable listen containing some really good rhythms & atmospheric little tunes. Can even hear some Shimmy Disc-esque shapes in there ala Uncle Wiggly & Fly Ashtray (WHO???  I hear you scream)
