8/10 Jack Customer review, 5th March 2018

The clean, incendiary guitar sounds drive the songs on the debut EP from Lion Fever, a trio of rock'n'roll revivalists, is very enjoyable. The album begins with the masterful song "Slave," a dark, bluesy rock song with raw guitar licks and a beautiful bass line so sneaky it often steals the show--that is, if your ears can stand to spend one second away from the soulful voice of Jennifer, the lead singer. Lustre is fierce in a rock'n'roll way that all Kills-influenced garage bands should aspire to.
