7/10 Penrith Steve Customer review, 19th February 2015

It should be a surprise that the offspring of songwriter extraordinaire, Jimmy Webb, should be able to write a good tune or two. The Webb Brothers can certainly write a song and have delivered an album of decent Americana-ish power pop on their sophomore release, "Maroon". Catchy songs are the order of the day with "I Can't Believe You're Gone" and "Summer People" being among the most immediate. "Low Grade Fever" and "Fluorescent Lights" stand out among the ballads, and the harmonies are great.
