The story goes that after Coil returned from working on 'Backwards' at Trent Reznor's studio in New Orleans, Peter Christopherson requested that Danny Hyde use his "Rate/Stretch" process on a couple of tracks. This is the same method of audio manipulation Hyde used to create much of the 'Black Light District' album. The two tracks in question were 'Heaven's Blade' and 'Wir-Click-Wir (Copacaballa)'. These versions have remained unreleased until now, and feature previously unheard vocals from Jhon Balance and the "trumpet takes" for 'Wir-Click-Wir'.
