Canadian collective Crack Cloud bring together their two EPs on one slab o’ wax here. Crack Cloud - made up of a similarly eponymous 2016 record and 2017’s Anchoring Point - is a fun, mildly anarchic mix of Gang Of Four-style post-punk and lumbering noise rock. A few points also bring to mind a sprightlier version of Hookworms’s much-lauded Microshift.

9/10 Andy Barratt Customer review, 20th June 2018
A paring of a previous cassette only single and a 7", a recap of the state of play today for Calgary's Crack Cloud - before world domination undoubtedly follows. Layer upon layer of angular and wiry one note riffs, with added saxophone; it's Josef K meets Television. It's DUDS but much, much sexier. Ignore the appalling sleeve art, and instead ponder why the closing track Swish Swash isn't 30 minutes long rather than the four or so it is but stick it on repeat anyway.
Undoubtedly THE sexiest live band of 2018.
