If you couldn't face delving into Jack's Boarding House Reach folly then never fear. Here you can listen to it's only listenable moment without having to wade through the other bits. There's a spoken word piece on the flip which gives you a taste of the sort of ridiculous music you can expect from the album.

First time I heard this I thought it was Electric 6 doing Jack White. Turns out it's Jack White doing Electric 6 doing Jack White. It is still fun: a dirty great guitar sound and a more than passable riff are the pillars holding up a lyric of intentionally ridiculous pomposity. Although I'd like to point out that, in Jack's efforts to support the planet, the fibula probably plays less of a role than the tibia; perhaps he can correct this in a future live version.
It's all a bit facetious, but that's what my teacher called me back in the day and look how I turned out. On balance, though, I think I wish it had actually just been Electric 6 doing Jack White and Jack made something a bit more enduring than a big riff and silliness. Or perhaps I'm missing the point.
