Now that Dekmantel are winding down their tenth birthday celebrations they can get back to the business of dropping classy house records. This latest drop comes courtesy of Betonkust and Palmbomen II, artists who have previously released solo material on labels like Beats In Space and 9300 Records. ‘Leo/Mirjam’ originally appeared on Centre Parcs, a tape the pair made for 1080p back in 2016, but Dekmantel have now snapped it up for a vinyl release. It’s a warm, slightly moth-eared lo-fi house jam ala Ross From Friends and DJ Seinfeld. Legowelt’s sprightly acid remix wouldn’t sound out of place if it had shown up on Central Processing Unit.
