Gloria's sound really is glorious—three women vocalising in perfect harmony, underpinned by seamless, sun-soaked instrumentation with a deliciously Gallic twist. Think The Shangri Las, if they were Parisian upstarts with a penchant for Serge Gainsbourg and Gauloises. A modern, fresh mini-EP, perfect for summer.

10/10 Paul Customer review, 10th April 2018
Yes, it’s another 60s psych pastiche, but Gloria are refreshingly good and extremely talented. I’m hearing elements of Pet Sounds era Beach Boys and Curt Boettcher style production, especially his Sagittarius stuff. It’s got fuzz/tremolo guitar, perfect vocal harmonies, Byrdsian jangles, technical drumming, humorous, heart-warming song writing and trippy effects, all within a layered, Phil Spector-ish wall of sound. Their debut album ‘Gloria In Excelsis Stereo’ is superb too, which for some reason passed me by until recently. A true masterpiece and possibly my favourite band of 2018.
