The Free Jazz Workshop (later to evolve into the Workshop de Lyon) was a French collective of like-minded fans of American jazz who, in 1967, decided to make their own radical improvised fire music. Debut album Inter Frequences is high-energy free jazz, but with plenty of melodic ingenuity and swing too. Reissued here for the very first time on vinyl by Souffle Continu Records.
