To continue the 50th release celebrations down at Osiris, label boss Simon Shreeve (Kryptic Minds) dons his Mønic hat for this three track EP including another big remix, this time from Regis (Downwards, Blackest Ever Black). With a halftime D’n’B title track following the cold desolate mechanics of Kryptic Minds backed with Regis’s 130bpm refit. All three tracks are ice cold.

9/10 Ant Staff review, 03 August 2017

Following a 12” including a Burial remix, Osiris Music continue their 50th release celebrations with another 12” from Mønic aka label bossman Simon Shreeve. He recently did a coupla superb 12”s on Regis’ Downwards label, so this time around Regis returns the favour with a remix. Both cuts are proper freeze your tits off, ice cold rollers that should be cranked as loud as humanly possible. ‘Regret Was Never So Sure’ has echo’s of Shreeve past D&B productions with Kryptic Minds. Regis turns out the last remaining light on his mix and reduces it to a mogadon slug pace. Meanwhile ‘Forbidden Memoires’ is a blue, glacial ambient cut. Now I must go and defrost my testicles in the microwave.
