Newcastle and Mexico, the respective birth place and residence of experimental producer Man Power, are two very different places - nearly as contrasting as the two tracks which front MP's new EP, Sonic Pressure. Stripped back, danceable and still quintessentially within the realms of the producer's trademark style.

6/10 Jake Customer review, 17th January 2018

This is a kinda spooky, trippy and groovy track all at the same time. I can’t say that this song will have you jumping up and down, but more a ‘bob your head’ vibe. That’s probably because it’s a very minimal track which does what it needs to to create the tension. The B side, Hds is just as minimal and spooky as the A side, with slightly less the voices in each ear describing their experience or ‘sonic pressure.’ Like the first song, it won’t get you dancing around the room but if you want to here some trippy story’s over minimal techno then this is for you.
