Here you have the key to the passion that was reggae music back in the 1970s. The Kingstonians perform in the old reggae/rock steady style, but with a prettier sound than most of the other bands of this era - and the backup band kills. Two cuts in particular - "Sufferer" and "The Clip" - are as good as it gets. his album summed up the rhythm and harmonies of the very best of what JA could offer. If you are a fan of Caribbean music of this era, you must buy this record. And if you haven't heard music like this before, go ahead and buy it.
