An exclusive for you! This is the latest release by bloopy Dane Martin Jensen aka the Home Current and Static Caravan have gone way above the call of duty by not only supplying you with a CD of the 4 tracks but pressing two of them onto lathe cut vinyl. Just 100 of these so make it snappy.

The music is an energetic take on atmospheric electronica with opener 'Uncertain Twilight' belting along at a prodigious rate with busy percussion underpinning some seriously 90s bleeps and bloops. The Home Current has had records out on the acclaimed Polytechnic Youth and their love of old school synth tomfoolery is most evident on 'Ballad of the night Machines' which builds up to an enormous punch the air chorus with synths that you could imagine being prodded by Jean Michel Jarre in his pomp.

There are two other tracks on the CD, 'When Waiting Deadly' has a nice trip hop style drum pattern and percussive housey slabs with an almost krauty pulse to it and the closer 'Kvalitetstid' invests your time in a beat free dalliance into the seemingly random bloops of early Autechre.

Overall it's a package you will want....and it won't be around for long.
