Mungolian Jetset return with a lovely four track ep of cosmic disco loveliness. At once both retro with its boogie disco influences, but also future facing with its 'oh so now' slowed down deep house shuffle this is cosmic funk music for solo headphone discos or grooving in a basement. For those looking for value in these difficult times look no further, yiu getvthe best part of half an hours listening here. Mongolians giving bang for your buck as well as a great for your ears. Take note you single side, single track issuing tightwads out there. No names mentioned to avoid upsetting Burial and Zomby. And now, to the music..."Quintessential Trips To Bergen" a tribute to friends in that city – Bjørn Torske, Erot and Røyksopp – is a belting melting out of disco groove, tropical rhythms and cosmic shuffle. Lovely stuff. On the flip "San Fran Speedhall" and "San Disco Speedhall" are a pair of like minded dusco hustlers looking for a good time in a dark place. Heads down deep disco house like Todd makes. The titke track is also, guess what a spacey disco tune, but a toich mellower, take it as the after hours section of the 4 track party. Great stuff.
