Some people tend to regard grindcore as 'novelty', but Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope by Agoraphobic Nosebleed is more than that. Each track on the album (most of which barely lasts a full minute) seems to have a surprising amount of individuality into them, plus it's just scary that the songs manage to interact with each other. More often than not, a song blends into the next via feedback, the long growls or murky electronic effects. In fact, some tracks like "Hungry Homeless Handjob" and "Chalking The Temporal God Module" abandons grindcore completely for noisy and/or ambient experimentations, while you can definitely hear the influence of Godflesh in "Doctored Results". For a band with a style that seems restrictive at first, Agoraphobic Nosebleed goes a lot of unsettling places on this record, and while the first 10 or 12 tracks of the album is usually enough for many, this is just the kind of noise you want to hear when you're angry at the current state of affairs right now.
