Dracula Legs have that whole deep-voiced Southern preacher over Crampsy rock backing thing going on: ‘Grunge Country’ they call it, and that isn’t a bad description. Composed of former members of Friendship, the band have produced a strong new single in the form of Bulldozer, which is backed by last year’s Christmas compilation track. On Kittens Recording Company.

7/10 Clinton Staff review, 14 January 2016
Shambling indie with vocals that sit right in the mid point between Robert Forster (the Go Betweens) Calvin Johnson (Beat Happening) and Reverend Timothy Lovejoy (the Simpsons). I’m really enjoying the 7”s this week and this is no different. It’s lively strummy indie with that hint of pizzazz about it  - real jangling guitars. I love the vocals  - the whole thing is just so…..chewy.   The B side is weirder  - like the kind of thing you might hear at a late night bar. It’s like Nick Cave if he was from Memphis. Ah as I type it has just burst into indie life  - not as jangle-some as the A side but that chocolatey brown voice carries it through.
