Broken Hands' debut album, Turbulence, was inspired by singer Tom Norton hearing aeroplanes taking off at Gatwick Airport. The sounds he heard reminded him of guitar feedback and the clatter of drums at festivals. The freedom of travel and the opportunities travel creates inspired him further and it was from these seeds that the riff-heavy rock of Turbulence grew. This will appeal to fans of Muse, and Broken Hands have the potential to be just as big.
