14.07.A is a four track 7” of squelchy techno from Maoupa Mazzocchetti. It’s dark and building but always a dance floor filler, with full on techno beats which are unrelenting in their drive and bring a bit more to the table than just your typical, flat techno beats.
A green coloured 7”.

8/10 Ant Staff review, 06 August 2015
4-track, green coloured vinyl 7” from Maoupa Mazzocchetti, first and last spotted on Unknown Precept with the ‘A-Tranquility’ EP. Fans of Diagonal, L.I.E.S. Jamal Moss as I.B.M, Bunker, Dual Action, Beau Wanzer etc. should check this out. These raw and gritty hardware productions get going with the warped groover ‘O Horror Na’, complete with bubbling acid and bassline that sounds kinda funny at first but then becomes irresistible. Also ‘Mona’ isn’t your standard techno affair, throbbing bass, discordant organ and shuffling drum machines build to a shuddering peak.
Underneath ‘Black Humour’ is constructed from slow creeping acid, rusty kicks, cowbells and heavy subs. The strangeness continues on ‘Limbo Line’ sounding like some deranged, deconstructed coldwave that becomes more fucked up when a big grumbler of a synth enters to wreak havoc. Twisted stuff that takes in, rough dirty techno/ EBM/ industrial/ coldwave and spews it out with a side order of freaky.
