Proof that Christopher Lee is basically an older Nicholas Cage, if you ask me: on the first side ex-Saruman narrates a tale about vampirism set to some foreboding sound effects and whatnot, while the second side sees Philip Martell's original four-pronged suite, "The Four Faces of Evil". As old as 1974 is.

10/10 Customer review, 6th July 2015

Strangely enough this record arrived on the same that the news was announced that Christopher Lee had passed. Being a huge Hammer fan it was all the more poignant being able to listen to the great mans voice on record. An oddity as a record really with one side a narrated Dracula tale featuring the Hammer Dracula theme in the background and side B featuring The Four Faces of Evil Suite with music from other Hammer movies. Atmospheric and eerie this record is a great piece for fans of hammer and the bygone era of classic horror. Fantastically re-produced and remastered and all on blood as mist coloured vinyl to boot. Brilliant stuff.

Fangtastic! (sorry...)

Seriously though...the packaging on this release is beautiful. With a description of "mist enshrouded blood infused virgin vinyl" it was hardly going to be anything but.

I don't need to tell you how lovely it is to hear the dulcet tones of Christopher Lee narrating tales of the macabre alongside "spine-chilling" sounds & a Bernard score is.

Dust Bug Records have pulled out all the stops to make a beautifully presented eerie record that transports you back to the golden age of films & stories on record...even if you weren't around to enjoy it first hand! A must have for fans of classic horror.

Can't think of a better record to listen to for all eternity...
