7/10 Andrew 22nd December 2014

Madlib doing his soul flipping, this time the Ovations featuring Louis Williams 'I care for you' Freddie Gibbs doing a slightly less gruff vocal, and... what else? Oh yeah Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$ and Ransom adding their few cents. It doesn't come across as a posse cut, rather a line of MC's queuing up to patiently take their turn. This is pretty smooth, its all fine and dandy, but just seems a little tame when compared to the overall vibe of the original Piñata album as a whole.

The sleeve is ace mind, not sure if that should be taken into account but it helps. Of course there are bonus beats, instrumentals etc... but if you haven't got the album, spend your money on that and come back for this if you are a completist or just crave a little extra portion of the Madgibbs flavour.
