Second single from Birkenhead sardonic surrealists Half Man Half Biscuit. Released in 1986, the single reached number one in the indie charts and was championed by the late great John Peel. More recently, the band have been named by Andy Kershaw as 'England's greatest folk band'. This 12" vinyl version also features 'The Bastard Son Of Dean Friedman' and 'I Left My Heart In Papworth'.
