Lemonade bring their glitchy electronic pop back home with their third record, 'Minus Tide'. It boasts a predominantly percussive sound and also brings the band's production values to the forefront. Autumnal chillwave vibes for all.

Three records in this morning and the first two are so awful I’m not even going to bother reviewing them. This is truly dreadful too but at least its entertaining, for a couple of tracks anyway. Its a kind of poppy take on the chill-wave genre with some serious horrid production. On the second track they use a panpipe.
I’ll tell you what - lets get shut of all this balearic dreamgaze-lite shite forever eh? Hurl it into the sea where it belongs. As a comparison I’m kinda thinking a shit George Michael B side recorded in 1986 aiming at the Ibiza crowd. How do records this bad gets released? Doesn’t someone somewhere not just say stop, this is madness. I like 80’s pop done well but this is a shocker; tinny production, no tunes, no soul, no nothing. Forget it.
