Some records we like, others we don’t but at the end of the day everyones really trying their best and thats all you can ask for. This is a perky little number full of parping horns and jaunty rhythms. It starts off sounding a little like Vampire Weekend with a slight African feel to the guitars bit as it wanders along I’m getting more of a sense of a cockney knees up going on. The horns and guitars are bright as a button and the vocals catchy if a bit on the irritating side. Let's say kind of Libertines meets Vampire Weekend. There you go.

Overleaf is another 'jellied eel round the old joanna' type perky piece of folk/pop. Mumfords fronted by Pauline Fowler. Its got an oddball noisier bit that keeps coming in to liven things up a bit and if it wasn't for that interesting bit I'd have strangled it by now. Does anyone remember Pookiesnackenburger? Thought not. Not that this particularly resembles them.
