Xymox (who became cult 4AD types Clan of Xymox) were a Dutch act, “Subsequent Pleasures" was their debut EP in 1984 and was limited to just 500 copies. Yet a great deal of these were destroyed by the band at the time for mysterious reasons leaving originals so scarce they have commanded beyond £250 in recent years!

Member Anka luckily didn't destroy the original silk-screen plates she had created thus we now have a near-exact reproduction of that rarest of gothic/darkwave records back in the realm of the affordable thanks to the ever-burrowing US label Dark Entries. 5 early sought-after tracks, textured silk-screen sleeve and a fold out poster with unseen photos and liner notes! So smart!

Vinyl 12" £15.49 DE072

5 track 12" EP + poster in silk-screened sleeve on Dark Entries.
