Hozac hit us with four rare and highly joyous lo-fi efforts from Tunnel Of Love dude Anthony Macbain under the guise of 999999999, all recorded at the back end of the 2000’s a.k.a the MySpace era.

Not a huge amount to report here, four well executed garage pop songs strummed out on an acoustic with a little drumming and a touch of backing vocals invoking the likes of GBV, King Tuff, Jay Reatard, Sic Alps and the ghost of Joey Ramone. All nice tunes recorded on a dog-ended four track on what I should imagine whilst a beautiful and life affirming summer for Mr. Macbain.

Cool tunes, cool sleeve, no complaints.
