8/10 Jack Customer review, 2nd January 2018
Music is a mix of progish folk/ mellow art rock with some organ and whispered/ spoken/ half sung female French vocals in the style of Brigette Fontaine. Drumming is great and the recording from 1974 is about as good as it gets with a full warm sound. The flute makes a few appearances as do some vintage sounding synths. There are slight touches of Pink Floyd and French prog bands like Pulsar and you can see where Stereolab got some of their ideas from. A few of the instrumentals meander but at no point should you reach for the skip button.
