The press release compares it to Scorn, My Bloody Valentine and Coil, which gives you a fair idea of what to expect. It’s all spaced out minimal beats, pendulous darkness, cold spookmospheres and indistinct walls of distant melodies, drones, static and tape dirt. There are echoed, murky female vocals and all manner of post-industrial clanks and hums. Phil just said, “It’s pretty good actually, I like it. Woozy.” I like it too, and with a shockingly short press of just 100 you’re going to have to be fairly quick on the draw to grab one I think.
