7/10 Clinton Staff review, 27 September 2013

Once of Broadcast, Roj has spent his time since concocting the most unusual of soundscapes, sounding almost like music boxes but never cloyingly so, the music has the gentlest of personalities, as if the instruments are being played by feather. It comes across like a particularly soft cat pawing at some wind chimes. Quite delightful, quite evocative. The flip is more ‘musical’ with a kind of warped toytown melody running through it, it sounds like ‘Pet Sounds’ as played by toddlers. Will appeal to fans of Pye Corner Audio, Focus Group, or pretty much anyone on Ghost Box.
