Might as well not even bother reviewing this as it’s shitting out...

If you managed to grab the coloured vinyl version you no doubt have a collector's item on your hands. Heavenly have managed to snag themselves the UK’s answer to Tame Impala, which is no bad thing really i guess. ‘Colour of Life’ is a bold psych-rock statement hinging on an absolutely massive Pink Floyd-esque orchestral synth sway and a super blown out drum sound. Sounds pre-tay good...like Tame Impala produced by the guy who does the Flaming Lips records...oh, wait.

B-side ‘Ankh’ sounds even more like Tame Impala and is better than the A-side as it’s slightly less O.T.T and the bassline kicks.
