I have a sieve of a memory,  Phil had to remind me I’d five starred these 60s inspired power pop lot just weeks ago. Nothing...couldn’t remember a thing. But now I remember, now I remember.

This carries on from the previous single in being in thrall to the greats of the 1960s cutting in like a cross-breed of The Byrds and The Who. The A side a veritable feast of Keith Moon drum fills and jangly and strummed acoustic and electric guitars. The B side turns up the Rickenbackers even more, they jangle away effectively throughout and are matched to a sweet melody this recalls some of the great 60s retro recorded in the 80s by the likes of Rain Parade, Razorcuts and The Rain.

Truly lovely. Insanely limited to 300 copies.
