Yeah! Always nice getting a new cut in from Costa Mesa trash-surf madheads Thee Cormans. Their singles consistently rule and the song on their side ‘Big Twins Forever’ is no exception. The guitar is fuzzed and reverbed to near-incoherence as they barrel through a no-fi instrumental of their trademark scuzzy surf punk.

On the flipside Ireland’s The Pacifics have a vocal-led garage 12-bar rock’n’roll cut called ‘Caveman’ which is quite Nuggetsy and bounces along at a lively pace with some ripping full-throated back-up harmonies, guitar heroics and a sweet little drum breakdown. Rip-roaring ‘60s garage vibes all round. If that’s your bag you should buy this.
