This Anglo-Indian Glaswegian imp has charmed me for years and I have quite a few of her records, this baby is a irresistibly mellow, highly melodic and slightly whimsical skank created alongside the legendary producer Disrupt. It’s christened ‘Summer Days’ and comes over a little like her gorgeous ‘Flying High’ in mood, feel and pace. Unfortunately it’s landed in my hands in October so it almost looses a point for being hopelessly optimistic and two months out of bastard date. Lovely number it is though, busting some cute itchy moves and adorable wonky keyboard trails. Dub version on d’ flip for the DJ freddies. This is the third release on Soom’s ace little label, support it you slags.
