Split single from the new heroes of indie pop. The first Gold-Bears track is a minor classic. Sorta '60s sounding fuzz pop somewhere in between (early) My Bloody Valentine, (early) Apples in Stereo and any of those fuzzy fun '80s indie pop bands we used to all so love. Their second track - not so good. On the flip we have Bracelettes who do a very similar thing to Gold-Bears but sounding even more like (early) My Bloody Valentine (or the Swirlies played through a transistor radio) or Strawberry Story. Anyway it's fuzzy noisy pop fun for all the family.
