8/10 Jack Customer review, 11th July 2016

Detroit has always been a big part of The White Stripes. The 'Detroitness' of their sound is writ large on tracks like "The Big Three Killed my Baby" - a reference to the big three car companies that apparently carjacked Detroit's home industry (not to mention "Broken Bricks" which refers to the subsequent recession and abandonment of the city by the big three).
