This CD is like a gentle stroll through an ambient park. Bengalfuel is a nice sounding collaboration between two high school friends who performed under various names and decided to amalgamate and join forces to relatively good effect. This CD is the final part in a four part series and draws inspiration from surrounding ghosts and spiritual entities (wha? - ed). Bengalfuel see their music as an offering, making peace with tormented souls. Which is nice. The music made by these guys can be described as beautiful, ambient soundscapes constructed from several sources, such as analogue synths and drum machines to create a sound that is haunting, layered and quite spiritual sounding...well it was conceived near a native Indian burial ground or summat so no surprise there then. It has really lush synths and a heady feeling of transcendence. It's the final part of a four part series that's on Hibernate ...so that means that Bengalfuel probably wont get round to reading this until March next year. (Their in hibernation!!..get it... (lol - ed)) A haunting uplifting ambient work out...
