8/10 Clinton Staff review, 01 July 2011
The first track here is an absolute stonker. Using some kind of clattery bell-like noise it bursts into life with skittery drums, rave-influenced basslines, squelchy acid squiggles and cut up female voice. It bounds along like an enthusiastic puppy picking up sitar/dulcimer vibes along the way. Certainly a belter of a tune to open with. Its dub equivalent further on into the EP is more minimal, less tuneful and with its wibbly synth less impressive. On the flip there's a right old raver of a tune, an almost post happy hardcore blast of future dance pop which builds and builds and suddenly explodes into a hyped up raveathon.
