1 review »The Wave Pictures return with yet another twee quite romantic sounding single. It has all the hallmarks of a classic Wave Pictures song. Well played guitars. Brush style drum strokes. Yearning vocals that sound quite nice. The title track Blue Harbour has some great lyrics, something about pissing in the sea. It's done in such a catchy way and it sounds ace. The Wave Pictures return with yet another twee quite romantic sounding single. It has a great vocal hook as well. Aww. The flip side is also ermmmm...quite lovely actually. It's another jaunty acoustic guitar led number called I Walked Past Them Sleeping and it's also equally as nice as the title track. Steady, quirksome songwriting from the Wave Pictures who like Herman Dune are well creeping up my twee favourites list...wonderful stuff.
