Those Emeralds blokes, I'm not sure how they have time to wipe their collective arse. In fact, thats a good idea for your perma-busy rock musician - share an arse with your colleagues. I could be onto something. So this is John Elliott from said band and Sam Goldberg from Radio People using a vast army of synthesized keyboards to create a song suite of 7 sparkly, glistening synthy numbers which recall those time in the 1970's when a synth was the size of Sweden and you had to be called Rick Wakeman and were obliged to perform with it on ice with horses running around. This music however is no twiddly prog opus, instead sits in the futuristic pre punk dabblings of your synth pioneers and the early pre vocal Human League/The Future experiments. Glacial, mesmerising pulsy electronica. Initial copies come on a burgundy coloured vinyl.
