They either seem like someone has been lazy or someone's forgotten to put another track on. Either way it feels like a bit of a waste like 1 track CD singles but I'm not here to judge the format (though I kinda just did...). EMA (Erika M Anderson.... gerrit?) used to be in noisy fuckers Amps For Christ and was probably more famous for being in Gowns. I was expecting a Zola Jesus-y thing as there's a lot of that about it these days but thankfully it's not really like that. It's a bit gothy, it's very electro pop, it's slow and brooding with big riffy guitars and big catchy vocals. It doesn't sound very modern but it also doesn't really sound like anything else (that springs to mind). I guess fans of early Cat Power and the like will have more than a passing interest in this.
